You keep things running smoothly in the background – with heart, structure, and a good dose of humor.What the role is aboutThis position combines the worlds of HR service and Payroll – perfect for someone who enjoys structure, data quality, and real human connection. You will work broadly across various HR‑administration‑related processes and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our services.Together with your payroll colleague, you make sure that all data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time to our payroll provider. At the same time, you are the first point of contact and support for our employees on HR related topics within the employment circle. A special focus will be the local HR-system support to ensure that our workforce planning runs smoothly and efficient.You know our tools, understand our processes, and help exactly where you are needed – clearly, kindly, and with a service‑oriented mindset.What you will doIn short: your workday is varied – and you’re right in the middle of things, not just watching from the sidelines.
