Pascal develops high-end amplifier solutions for some of the world’s most demanding pro-audio brands. To continue the optimization and streamlining of customer service, S&OP, and material management processes, Pascal is looking for a Director to set the strategy for Supply Chain and ensure scalability and execution of continuous improvements and efficiencies.
Pascal’s supply chain is a fully outsourced set-up, where a number of contract manufacturers across Asia and Mexico deliver high-quality ODM amplifiers. From headquarter, three dedicated employees manage order management, planning, and material management. As part of Operations, Supply Chain collaborates closely with sales, finance, strategic sourcing, product development, industrialization, and quality.
The role reports directly to the COO, and works out of Pascal’s headquarter in Herlev, close to Copenhagen.
Strategy and execution – ensure best-in-class supply chain operations
As Director, Supply Chain you lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain, with an outsourced contract manufacturing set-up, ensuring superior customer service, robust S&OP, and efficient supply management. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, cost efficiencies, and supply chain resilience to support Pascal’s continuous growth. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and is directly involved in driving key supply chain activities, solving operational issues, and ensuring day-to-day continuity.
Now and in future, some of the key priorities are to build a scalable Supply Chain operations via automation and digitalization and create the foundation for Process Excellence with continuous improvements. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Strategic and operational Supply Chain leadership.
- Secure and optimize planning, inventory and S&OP processes, and define and track KPIs across supply, service, and inventory.
- Oversee and support distribution and customer service processes.
- Manage partnerships with suppliers, contract manufacturers and 3PL/4PL partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective deliverables.
- Team leadership and performance, building and leading a high performing, engaged supply chain team.
- Provide regular reporting on performance, risks, and improvement areas.

Professionally, your knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
- Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including S&OP, demand planning, master scheduling, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, and at least 5 years at Senior Manager or Director level with people management responsibility.
- Strong track record in managing and optimizing relationships with outsourced contract manufacturers.
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., MS Business Central) and supply chain planning software and generally interested in supporting technologies that support processes.
- Relevant academic credentials in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
- Specific industry experience is not a must, if you have worked with tangible products.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and experience from working in an international organization is required.
