This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening our people agenda across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.As a People & Culture Leader, you will provide strategic direction while staying close to the business and the teams on the ground. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of two People & Culture Managers, fostering collaboration, consistency, and local excellence across the region.We are looking for a true team player—someone who leads with empathy, challenges the status quo, and consistently raises the bar for what great People & Culture looks like.
