Domain Data Architecture Team – Data Steward Opportunity
The Domain Data Architecture team is in charge of guiding business domains and development teams to manage and optimize data assets in line with ’s data governance standards. This is significant ause it ensures consistent, high-quality and secure data across to support reliable analytics, reporting and decision-making.
As a Data Steward, you will play a leading role in your assigned business domain, ensuring that data is managed and optimized in alignment with governance standards. Your responsibilities include guiding data architecture practices, supporting development teams, serving as the primary contact for data-related issues, and collaborating with other architecture roles to promote best practices in data stewardship.
By joining the team of Domain Data Stewards within ’s Enterprise Data Management department, you will leverage your business expertise to collaborate closely with information specialists. Together, you will enhance ’s information model to support both client and internal stakeholder needs for structured data utilization. The Enterprise Data Management department is responsible for overseeing ’s data processes and procedures, working in close partnership with various business domains.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Support organizational domains and programs in implementing data governance requirements, including data element documentation, information modelling and data modelling.
- Collaborate with data owners on managing data assets.
- Provide directions to domains and programs on how data should be treated and ensure that development is aligned with data governance operational guidelines.
- Contribute to domains and programs capabilities in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of domain-specific datasets, such as customer profiles, credit risk data, or financial transactions.
- Act as the go-to expert for business teams needing support with analytical and operational data.
- Support data stewardship tasks relating to the creation of APIs, events and data products on the new data platform.
- Communicate with key stakeholders on all levels to improve how we work with data on all levels of our organization.
To succeed you will have:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in data management, information modelling, data integration, or related fields.
- A mindset geared towards teamwork, forward-thinking, and a holistic approach.
- Structured and analytic approach to problem solving.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Relevant education on candidate level
- Good communication and sense making skills to break down complex topics for various audiences.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial sector as a business analyst or data steward, particularly within Core banking, Payments or Financial Crime Prevention, is advantageous. However, candidates with a proactive attitude and a passion for data are also encouraged to apply.
