The Vice President, Global Operating Model & Business Development, is responsible for transforming how our Service organization operates worldwide by designing, implementing, and continuously evolving a unified global operating model. This role goesfar beyond traditional change management or technology‑driven transformation; we are seeking a leader who has fundamentally reshaped how organizations work.

The VP will align organizational design, talent strategy, core processes, performance management, systems, and data governance to ensure the operating model supports strategic business needs. They will establish global principles, standards, and policies, direct governance frameworks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and oversee audits, KPIs, and maturity assessments to ensure adherence across regions and functions.

A key focus is identifying opportunities to improve processes, elevate quality, enhance operational performance, and drive cost efficiency by embedding global best practices. The role also leads organizational adoption of the new model, coordinating change efforts with global and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption. This leader will deploy global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards while partnering closely with leaders across Service, Customer Execution, Operations, Commercial, Workforce Management, and Training. Managing and developing a team of 25 FTEs, the VP will cultivate a high‑performance culture, strengthen capabilities, and guide leaders through complexity.

The ideal candidate brings a Master’s degree (MBA preferred), 10–15+ years in global operations, PMO, transformation, or process excellence roles, and deep experience implementing global operating models at scale within complex, multicultural, matrixed environments. Success requires a strategic yet execution‑focused mindset, strong systems thinking, inclusive leadership, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity.
