[xxxxx]. To lead some of our most significant projects within the health segment, we are looking for a Project Director to join our team. We work alongside our customers on some of Denmarks most significant projects in the health industry. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like Ny Bispebjerg Hospital and Mary Elizabeths Hospital.

Your key responsibilities will be: - Manage large, complex projects
- Ensure profitability and other targets for own projects including i.e., quality, budget and timeline
- Support the overall development of the health area i.e., sales, development, professional development, general leadership
- Identify business potential in your area
- Secure overall customer satisfaction on projects
- Build customer relations at a strategic level
- Lead and role model according to [xxxxx]’s leadership behaviours and values
- Mentor project managers in the portfolio to ensure their development and further project execution excellence

On top of that, you will have: - Experience collaborating with public sector clients
- Experience project-managing complex projects with many stakeholders
- Understanding of the importance of involving the client and their organization – eg. clinical users, operations staff, etc.
- Experience in understanding client needs and priorities – such as efficiency, functionality, flexibility, and constructability
- Understanding of client requirements for eg. optimal patient care, attractive workplaces, and research environments
- Broad knowledge of hospital buildings and treatment-related functional areas such as operating theatres, diagnostic imaging, emergency departments, maternity wards, laboratories, etc.
– including accessibility requirements and solutions - Experience with renovation, refurbishment, and extension projects for operational hospitals
We prioritize sustainability in all our projects and an interest in subjects such as recycled materials and the use of sustainable materials in buildings is an advantage. Furthermore, it is important that we understand and woek with concepts such as “Healing Architecture”, ”Evidence-Based Design” and ”Wayfinding”. It is an advantage but not a demand if you have experience working with psychatric buildings and know the demands for these – eg. Security demands or you have experience working with projects within the defence industry.
