The new Chronic Care commercial organization is designed to elevate customer centricity, drive results with end-to-end business area ownership, and accelerate our transformation towards a winning, collaborative, and energetic culture.As (Senior) Business development manager for Ostomy Care, you will play a vital role in driving the Ostomy Care business by leading commercial projects and dive into performance data, ensuring maximization of our business which makes life easier for people with intimate health care needs.The role:
As our (senior) business development manager, you will lead and drive commercial projects. This could for instance be projects related to improving standard of Care in specific regions or markets, operational excellence, best practice transfers and competitive intelligence. Moreover, engaging in performance management, you will look at how our markets perform and reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure opportunities are acted upon and that we get the right management support and attention to drive performance upwards.Key responsibilities
• Drive HQ commercial projects related to Ostomy Care in collaboration with HQ stakeholders & our subsidiaries
• Drive the competitive intelligence for Ostomy Care
• Dive into performance data related to our key markets and drive the dialogue with management – this includes managing reviews with our most important markets
• Ensure strong collaboration with local subsidiaries and relevant HQ functions
• Identify new business opportunities and projects that fit with our strategyWhat we are looking for:
You have a hands-on approach to assignments, you always strive to get to the heart of complex problems and you know how to work at both operational and strategic levels. Navigating well at all levels of our organisation, you also know how to adapt your communication to fit the context you are in, win buy-in and ensure collaboration.Understanding how a business operates, you quickly grasp the broader impact of a decision or project, and your understanding of data and numbers ensures that you can easily translate findings into the correct conclusions.Your profile
• Bring 3+ years experience within management consulting or from a commercial or strategy function – experience within health care is an advantage
• Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, marketing or similar
• Have experience managing stakeholders and projects, ideally from a large international company
• Are adept at understanding and analysing data
• Are fluent in written and spoken English – fluency in additional languages is an advantage, Danish language skills are not requiredThe role reports to VP, Ostomy Care, Products, Marketing & Development Elodie Dewaegenaere RydingThis position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
