[xxxxx], you will play a key role in developing future solutions within climate and production management for the livestock industry. You will lead cross-functional projects with real impact on global food production, animal welfare, and sustainability.
Your role
As Project Manager in
[xxxxx] R&D, you will take ownership of company-wide development projects from early concept through to market release. You will be responsible for ensuring progress, alignment, and delivery across teams, functions, and international partners.
You will work closely with engineering, production, sales, and management - and you contribute to strengthening how
[xxxxx] executes R&D projects globally.
You will report directly to the CTO and join a team of project managers focused on delivering great projects while continuously improving project execution.
What you will do
- Lead cross-functional development projects across hardware, software, and mechanics
- Drive projects end-to-end from concept approval through development, validation, and release
- Ensure continued alignment with stakeholders across R&D, production, sales, and external partners
- Define, manage and deliver on scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate decision-making by balancing trade-offs between performance, cost, time-to-market, and desired customer value
- Maintain transparency, structure, and follow-through across projects
- Contribute to improving our project methods and ways of working
What will help you succeed

- Experience managing cross-functional development projects across hardware, software, and/or mechanics
- Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. Stage-Gate, Agile, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in an international environment with different cultures and market needs (English required)
- Interest in or experience with using AI tools to improve project execution and decision-making

Practical information
- Location: Glyngøre, Denmark
- Travel: Up to ~20 days per year
