At [xxxxx]/CREA[xxxxx], we are establishing a new spin-off company within automation, machine building, and system integration, and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to play a key role in shaping its commercial foundation.

About the Role

You will join at an early stage, where much is still to be defined. This gives you a unique opportunity to influence how the company approaches the market, builds relationships, and creates long-term value.

Based in Stilling close to Skanderborg, you will work closely with leadership and technical teams, acting as a key driver in developing business opportunities and strengthening the company’s position in the market.

Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and developing a solid pipeline that supports sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work across strategy, sales, and relationship building:

  • Building and developing strategic customer relationships in complex sales processes
  • Identifying, developing, and maturing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with management and technical teams on proposals and solutions
  • Contributing to market positioning and value proposition
  • Establishing partnerships with customers and external stakeholders
  • Helping shape the commercial approach in a company under development

Your Profile

We are looking for a commercially strong and proactive profile who enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Ideally, you:

  • Have solid experience within business development or technical sales
  • Are comfortable navigating complex, long-term sales processes
  • Have experience working in the intersection between business and engineering
  • Thrive in an environment where structure is being built and continuously improved
  • Are motivated by ownership, responsibility, and influence
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
