Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow.We’re looking for an OH&S Coordinator to support the implementation, coordination, and day to day operation of Occupational Health & Safety activities in Denmark. You will also play a key role in coordinating and supporting
[xxxxx] Denmark’s AMR organisation that consist of more than 35 skilled employees.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of [xxxxx] Denmark’s OH&S framework in line with Danish legislation and ISO 45001
- Coordinate and support Workplace Assessments (WPA/APV), including planning, documentation, follow-up, and closure of actions
- Support and facilitate risk assessments related to OH&S activities and workplace conditions
- Support tracking, follow-up, and reporting of leading and lagging OH&S indicators
- Assist in preparation for and follow up on ISO 45001 audits, including closure of findings and actions
- Support incident and near-miss investigations and follow up, turning them into learning opportunities while maintaining safety performance
- Create and promote programs and campaigns to enhance the management system and integrate it throughout the organization.
- Advocate a positive safety culture focused on learning rather than blame.
- Align with [xxxxx] International's initiatives and develop programs to ensure safety at operational sites.
- Organize and assess H&S drills

On top of that, you will have:
- Relevant education or experience within Occupational Health & Safety, work environment, quality, or a similar field
- Knowledge of Danish OH&S legislation and workplace assessment processes
- Experience with or understanding of ISO 45001 and structured management systems
- Effective coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, with initiative, and systematically
- Comprehensive communication skills for interacting with management, project managers, and colleagues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish
- Broad experience in on-site or field engineering, training, and introductions, with deep experience with ISO standards and their implementation, is considered an advantage.
