About the Role

We’re looking for a crafty and talented graphic/digital designer to make the Luxplus brand Identity live in all channels, while our designer is on maternity leave.

You will bring wild ideas, an eye for detail and a firm hand on the visual direction to the table, while securing a coherent brand standard, no matter if it’s a SoMe ad, a landing page or a production outside of our normal comfort zone.

Apart from skillset and raw talent, you know how to do creative process in a way that delivers on our commercial KPI’s in an efficient manner without sacrificing your own x-factor. An agency background will probably make this easier - but any hands-on experience with digital design, concept development from a similar setting will help.

Meet your team

You will join the creative powers of the Brand & Content team, which is part of the Luxplus eCommerce & Marketing Department, with whom you’ll be working closely together. Your nearest manager will be the Head of Brand & Content, who will give you creative sparring and direction to help you grow as a designer. But you will also be expected to work autonomously and cross-departmentally, when the situation calls for it. We are less about hierarchy and all about getting things done.

To get all this, our members pay a monthly subscription fee - which means we’re building relationships as much as we’re pushing products.

Our office is in Østerbro (close to the Metro), but we’ll soon be moving into new surroundings in another part of Copenhagen, Islands Brygge (which is also close to the Metro).

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a digital or graphic designer, either from agency or similar role in-house
Strong creative instincts
Commercial mindset
A curious mind in terms of leveraging AI and other new tech in your work
A team player. Quirky is great, arrogant is a no-go
Special skill, X-factor and a desire to push for the next level
