To support this critical function, we are now looking for a
dynamic HR Business Partner to strengthen our frontline recruitment, engagement, and people experience. If you thrive in fast-paced operations and love working close to the business, this role puts you right at the heart of our Hub.
✈️ Your RoleAs HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Talent Acquisition & Engagement, you ensure we have
the right people, in the right place, at the right time. You partner closely with Operations Managers and Shift Leaders to support a workforce that delivers time-critical services every single day.
Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment for hub roles (warehouse operatives, sorters, supervisors).
- Run hiring campaigns to support peak periods and operational growth.
- Build strong local talent pipelines through job centers, referrals, and agencies.
- Ensure a fast, high-quality hiring process.
- Improve time-to-hire and new hire retention through structured onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with aviation/security requirements (background checks, clearances).
Employee Engagement & Culture - Drive engagement initiatives tailored to a shift-based, frontline workforce.
- Analyze engagement surveys and workforce data to identify improvement areas.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen retention, attendance, and morale.
- Promote recognition, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead annual Engagement Surveys from launch to action planning.
- Bring [xxxxx]’s People First culture to life in a high-pressure operational setting.
Business Partnering - Act as a trusted advisor to hub leadership (Operations Managers, Shift Leaders).
- Support workforce planning and staffing strategies.
- Use data (attrition, absenteeism, agency usage) to drive decisions.
- Support organisational changes, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
🌟 Your Qualifications - Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Proven track record in recruitment.
- Experience working with frontline or operational workforces.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Experience driving Engagement Surveys end-to-end.
