As our new DE&I Lead Specialist, you will be driving the end-to-end rollout of [xxxxx]'s new company-wide second-generation DE&I strategy, translating it into tangible actions across every level of the organization. You'll be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, you'll create impact by leading a company-wide initiative that embeds inclusion into how [xxxxx] operates, ensuring our DE&I strategy connects meaningfully to business priorities and reaches every corner of the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:

Lead the rollout of the new strategic framework, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from strategy to execution
Lead stakeholder alignment and engagement at all organizational levels, influencing without formal authority to drive adoption and commitment
Design and deliver the communication of the framework that builds awareness, engagement and ownership across the organization
Connect DE&I priorities to broader business objectives, ensuring the strategy is embedded into everyday ways of working rather than a standalone initiative
Contribute to ongoing initiatives and strengthen the impact of our internal networks and communities

Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or strategy rollouts in a global or regional context
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences
Fluent English and experience creating engaging communication for employees from a wide range of backgrounds
Demonstrated understanding of how DE&I connects to and supports business strategy
