At [xxxxx]/CREA[xxxxx], we are looking for a Senior IT Supporter who can take ownership of advanced support tasks while helping strengthen and develop our IT support setup.

About the Role

You will play a central role in ensuring that our employees experience stable, efficient, and professional IT support in their daily work.

Based at our headquarters in Stilling, close to Skanderborg, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, supporting both technical and non-technical users. You will handle complex issues, contribute to improvements, and act as a trusted advisor when it comes to workplace IT.

This is a hands-on role with a high degree of responsibility, where your ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly will be key.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly across support, operations, and improvements:

Providing advanced 1st and 2nd level support across hardware, software, and business applications
Taking ownership of incidents and ensuring efficient resolution from start to finish
Supporting and maintaining workplace IT, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment
Managing users, devices, and access rights (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune)
Troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, networks, and standard applications
Collaborating with IT colleagues and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements
Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and support standards
Identifying recurring issues and proactively improving stability and user experience

Your Profile

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded IT professional who enjoys both technical challenges and user interaction.

Ideally, you:

Have around 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
Bring solid experience from a senior or advanced support role
Have strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Are familiar with user and device management (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy)
Have a good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Are used to working with ticketing systems and structured processes
