D365 Finance & Operations – Finance Implementation Super User
Entrepreneurial mindset | Global implementation | High-impact role
Do you see ERP Finance not just as a system, but as a scalable capability that enables
structure, governance and decision-making across a global organisation?
Do you thrive in small, high-ownership teams, where accountability is real and your
contribution genuinely shapes outcomes?
If so, this may be an exceptional opportunity for you.
About GPV Group
GPV Group is a globally operating EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service)
manufacturing group with a strong industrial heritage and a clear ambition: to build
robust, scalable and future-proof operations through digitalisation and
standardisation.
The group operates across multiple countries and production sites and is known for
combining industrial excellence with a pragmatic, business-driven approach to
technology. ERP is not viewed as an IT exercise, but as a strategic enabler –
supporting operational efficiency, transparency, compliance and decision-making at
scale.
GPV is currently investing significantly in a global Dynamics 365 Finance &
Operations platform, establishing a common business process template across sales,
procurement, manufacturing, logistics and finance. This transformation is central to
the group’s long-term growth strategy.
The context
You will join GPV Group at a pivotal moment in its digital journey: a greenfield
D365FO implementation, rolling out a unified ERP platform across 15 manufacturing
sites worldwide.
This is not a static “run-the-system” environment. It is a scale-up of a global ERP
capability, where finance plays a critical role in enabling operational maturity,
consistency and insight across the organisation.
The role
As D365FO Finance Implementation Super User, you will take a central and visible
role in the global ERP programme.
You will work in a small, specialised internal team, closely collaborating with an
external implementation partner. Your responsibility is not to code – but to ensure
that business requirements are translated into a scalable, high-quality D365FO
Finance solution that works in practice.
This role demands:
• Ownership
• Hands-on involvement
• Strong judgement
• A genuine motivation to support users and improve how the business operates
The role entails business travel limited up to approximately 15-20 working days per
year.
Key responsibilities
• Own and continuously improve Finance processes and configurations in
D365FO.
(GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, Credit & Collections)
• Act as the functional authority between business stakeholders and the external
implementation partner.
• Translate finance requirements into functional specifications, test scenarios and
validation criteria.
• Play an active role in data migration, including test cycles, reconciliation and
data quality assurance.
• Support and train local finance users and super users across countries.
• Contribute to testing phases (SIT, UAT), issue resolution and go-live readiness.
• Take part in post-go-live optimisation, releases and platform improvements.
This is a true implementation super-user role with accountability for outcomes, not
just tasks.
Who we are looking for
Mindset
• Entrepreneurial and proactive – you see Finance ERP as something that must
scale and evolve.
• Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility.
• Motivated by supporting others and making systems work in real-life
operations.
• Able to balance structure, pragmatism and collaboration in a global setting.
Experience & skills
• 3+ years of experience with D365FO or AX Finance, ideally from
implementation project within the Manufacturing area.
• Strong enough technical understanding to translate business needs into
implementation-ready input.
• Experience with – or solid exposure to – data migration.
• Experience from an ERP environment in manufacturing is a clear advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
What GPV Group offers
GPV Group offers a role where impact, responsibility and development go hand in
hand.
You can expect:
• A key position in a global digital transformation, with real influence on how
Finance is shaped across the group.
• Working with a modern, cloud-based D365FO platform built for the future –
not legacy maintenance.
• Significant professional development, including training, certifications and
exposure to complex global scenarios.
• A hybrid working model, combining flexibility with regular collaboration at
HQ in Vejle.
• A culture that values initiative, curiosity and accountability, rather than
hierarchy and bureaucracy.
• The opportunity to grow with the role as the ERP platform and organisation
continue to scale.
• An attractive benefits and compensation package including fixed salary,
pension, and various benefits.
