Do you have solid experience working with payroll in the public sector - particularly in municipalities or r[xxxxx]ions? Are you motivated by testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of one of Denmark’s most robust payroll systems?

Then you might be our new Support Consultant!

As our new Support Consultant in Second-Level Support, you will play a key role in ensuring that our payroll system runs smoothly for our customers. You will join Team Time, where we work with areas such as holiday rules, work periods, reporting, time off in lieu, and related functionality.

In this role, you will be one of the specialists who dive deep into troubleshooting, test system fixes, and act as a link between Customer Service and our development teams. We do not expect you to master everything from day one — with training and close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will gradually grow into the role.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • In-depth troubleshooting and documentation of issues.
  • Testing of bug fixes.
  • Updating and maintaining guidelines and system documentation.
  • Providing sparring and knowledge sharing with customer support and other teams.
  • Preparing responses to customer inquiries.
  • You will handle a wide range of varied and challenging tasks, where your experience and professional insight contribute actively to finding the best solutions for our customers.

Your profile: what you bring to the team
It is important that you have experience working within payroll in a municipality or r[xxxxx]ional authority. We imagine that your background could be as a payroll consultant or in a similar role.
As a person, you take responsibility and are eager to expand your knowledge and expertise. You maintain a positive and curious mindset - even when the workday gets busy.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • The drive and willingness to engage with complex issues.
  • Experience with payroll operations from a municipality or r[xxxxx]ion.
  • Strong communication skills In Danish and English.
  • A service-minded and solution-oriented approach to customer interaction.
  • The ability to work in a global environment with colleagues in both Denmark and Poland.
