Job description:
As a Client Manager you will be dealing with clients all over Europe and the world, as part of the International Client Management and Sales team of Sparinvest, part of
[xxxxx] Asset Management.
The Client Manager is responsible for keeping the contact network with the customers updated, further develop the relationship and proactively handle all internal coordination around clients.
The Client Manager will work closely together with the Regional Sales Directors to develop the business, both in terms of existing and future clients.
We’re a team with much influence on our daily work and a motivating potential for developing Sparinvest and
[xxxxx] Asset Management’s investment strategies outside Denmark and the Nordics.
Your tasks will include:- Ensuring a smooth onboarding of the client in collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting the client’s needs in terms of reporting, timely delivery of the expected service.
- Responding to ad hoc queries and requests within the shortest possible time frame.
- Coordinating contractual issues with client including follow up.
- Managing and updating client database (CRM).
- Planning, organizing and attending client meetings (virtual or on site), including preparation of presentations and client information.
- Providing management reporting.
- Supporting the team with client intelligence, sharing knowledge within the team and thereby contributing positively to the performance of the unit.
- Cooperating with other teams within the organization to keep improving processes.
- Driving client related projects with stakeholders from the whole organization.
You shall expect to travel 10-15 days a year.
Competences required:- Preferably previous experience in a similar role with an international Asset Manager.
- Fluency in English and German, any additional language (Danish, French, Dutch) would be a valued asset.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Good communication skills.
- High degree of commitment, flexible and well organized professional with a flair for numbers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working independently and with a team spirit.
- Open minded, respect of business and cultural differences.
- Curious about digital tools and processes, perhaps with some positive LinkedIn experiences.
