Commercial internal mentoring program

What is Mentoring?Mentoring is based on confidential interaction between two equal people, in which know-how is transferred through regular and structured discussions. Mentoring is a goal-oriented self-development, where a more experienced expert shares their own experiences and views for the benefit of the mentee. Mentoring is about sharing and reflecting together. The mentoring process typically lasts between 10 to 12 months.The Commercial Mentoring Program exists to accelerate the growth of our high‑potential talent by building strong commercial capability, broadening perspectives in crossfunctional set-up and strengthening personal leadership.Target audience: both specialists and leaders in commercial function.We combine mentor-mentee pairs based on the mentee's goals and wishes. The mentor has to be outside from the own team (crossfunctional pairs), but still from the commercial department.
