Hi! We are looking for a passionate intern to join our E‑Commerce team at our HQ in Copenhagen. Do you dream of working with digital retail, online customer experience and e‑commerce operations within an international lifestyle brand for children? And are you eager to get hands on experience in a fast paced environment with strong values? Then you might be our new E‑Commerce Intern at [xxxxx].

As an E‑Commerce Intern, you will be an active and hands on part of our D2C team. You will support the daily execution of e‑commerce and onsite merchandising activities while learning how a global brand manages products, campaigns and customer experience across markets.

What you can expect from the internship

• Hands on support with product catalogue management including uploading, updating and maintaining product listings
• Assistance with onsite merchandising including category setup, collection updates and site content checks
• Support with campaign preparations and updating promotional content on the website
• Coordination of homepage updates, banners and campaign landing pages
• Participation in digital quality checks to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Helping prepare simple analytics reports and performance insights
• Supporting the team with day to day e‑commerce tasks and ad hoc projects
• Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams on seasonal online activations

Your profile

• You are proactive
• You are structured and work well independently
• You can handle multiple tasks at the same time
• You have a strong interest in digital commerce and online customer experience
• You are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with data, structure and organisation
• You are comfortable working in English
