To lead the financial department and the overall financial strategies in , the company is looking for a CFO with strong financial and management skills.
Your responsibilities include:
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws and stock exchange regulations.
- Capital Management: Optimizing the company’s capital structure, liquidity management, and investment strategy.
- Risk Management: Identifying and handling financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitoring costs, budgeting, and performance analysis to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Team Management: Managing, motivating and developing the teams within the CFO area.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- IT & Digitization: Developing and implementing the IT/OT and digitization strategy. Corporate implementation and continuous development of the ERP-platform according to roll-out plan.
- M&A & Strategic Partnerships: Evaluating potential acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships to strengthen the company’s market position.
You will be part of the Executive Management Team and further act as the CEO’s close and trusted business partner. You will be based at the company’s HQ in Tvis.
A strategic financial leader
We are looking for a CFO who brings a strategic and proactive mindset – not afraid of challenging the status quo. You are able to ensure solid financial management and continuous improvement across the organization based on a deep knowledge of accounting standards (such as IFRS), financial regulation and the application of relevant digital financial tools.
You have a structured and analytical approach combined with a solid experience from a senior financial leadership role – ideally with a background as a senior auditor combined with CFO experience from a complex manufacturing company. Should you also have experience with implementation of ERP platforms, transition processes and change management, you are an ideal match for the position.
As a leader, you are pragmatic and a strong communicator – in both Danish and English. You lead by example and know how to engage and align different professional profiles around a shared vision. You thrive in a collaborative and complex environment, where your strong interpersonal skills and natural presence create direction and impact.

A/S◀ is today publicly owned but traces back to one of Denmark’s oldest kitchen manufacturers, Tvis Køkkener, founded in 1952 by master carpenter Poul Frandsen. The company began industrial kitchen production in the late 1960s – without ever compromising on craftsmanship.
Since then, ongoing investments in modern production facilities and a strong focus on quality and aesthetics has positioned as one of Denmark’s leading and most innovative manufacturers of kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe furniture.
As CFO, you will be part of a company in transformation, working alongside approx. 500 dedicated colleagues who value a strong sense of community and communicate in an open, respectful tone.
