The Role

As a Service Engineer at Atlas Copco, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service on various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes, and boosters in our rental equipment fleet. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and professional servicing of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, responding to the needs of our valued customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring efficient maintenance of rental machines.
- Provide excellent customer care and build strong relationships with clients, especially key accounts, delivering an exceptional standard of service.
- Embrace and promote digital solutions to enhance customer communication and relations.
- Contribute to a customer-centric culture and support continuous improvement initiatives in our rental and service response.
- Play a role in the planning of daily and weekly visit schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Champion Health and Safety regulations both at the Service Centre and on-site, adhering to the highest engineering standards.
- Participate in call-out rotations, ensuring our customers receive assistance whenever needed.
- Contribute to the image of Atlas Copco through your professionalism and dedication to excellence.
- Maintain test instruments in top condition to ensure accurate results.
- Play an active part in maintaining good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
