Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Project Description:You get an everyday life where you, in collaboration with your agile team, are the one who examines the requirements from our customer and can see what they mean in terms of data for the system. For you, it's about being able to see data's path through the system and how data and communication ultimately reach our end customer.
  
  It is a complex system, and you get a close collaboration with both testers, developers and product owner. In addition, you are in continuous contact with our customer as well as business analysts from both our own and our other agile teams. This is, among other things, to ensure that data is coherent across the system's functionality.
  
  We are well on the way to incorporating the agile principles to create a common framework for our work. It's a culture change that you need to help support.
  
  
• Responsibilities:As a person, you must be good at working in detail, understanding connections and collaborating across disciplines.
  
  At the same time, you find it exciting to participate in a change process.
  
  You are good at getting your colleagues on board and elucidating the value of the agile setup. It also requires that you understand that your colleagues can be at different points in the process and have a listening ear and lots of zest ready

  At the same time, you think it is exciting to participate in a change process.
  You are good at getting your colleagues involved and highlighting the value of the agile setup. It also requires that you understand that your colleagues can be at different points in the process and have a listening ear and lots of enthusiasm ready. Finally, we imagine that you:
  • have an academic background where you have worked with system development
  • possibly have an IT background, e.g. as a developer, where you have built up a good business understanding and now want to work as a business analyst
  • know about working in an IBM host-based environment
  • speaks and writes Danish fluently.
