About the role

Join our Business Automation Solutions team, where ServiceNow is the core platform for building and operating automation across both customer-facing and internal environments.
Our mission is to transform manual, error-prone processes into scalable, standardized, and auditable workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

We leverage ServiceNow as the central orchestration layer to improve service delivery, strengthen compliance, and reduce operational complexity.

The team consists of highly skilled specialists in automation, development, testing, and agile practices, working collaboratively across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Latvia.

We work within the Scrum framework, emphasizing strong feedback loops and continuous improvement—both as a team and as individuals. We believe that learning comes from experimentation, so we encourage trying new ideas and view mistakes as opportunities to grow. By supporting, challenging, and inspiring each other, we continuously push ourselves and the team forward.

A strong team spirit and culture are important to us, so we regularly meet virtually to build relationships and collaborate effectively. In addition, the team meets physically minimum once a year.

Work tasks

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow-native workflows and automation solutions
  • Building and maintaining custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
  • Using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting to automate IT and business processes
  • Developing and managing API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
  • Enhancing self-service capabilities through Service Catalog and automation workflows
  • Driving process standardization and optimization within ServiceNow
  • Supporting and improving governance, compliance, and auditability through platform capabilities

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and best practices

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Flow Designer
  • Business Rules / Script Includes
  • IntegrationHub or REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience building scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Familiar with automation and integration patterns within ServiceNow
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript in ServiceNow, PowerShell or REST is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with version control and structured development practices
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality platform solutions
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and advanced integrations
  • Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, and ITSM/ITOM modules
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for ServiceNow (e.g., DevOps integrations)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud and/or infrastructure platforms (e.g., Azure, VMware)
