You will be working closely with the IIT Program Manager, the Central PMO team, stream leads and key stakeholders across the organization. Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to navigate and perform effectively in situations with limited clarity
Clear communication and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Works in a structured manner with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates a sense of urgency combined with a service-oriented mindset
Motivated by administrative and service-related tasks, with a focus on creating structures and improving processes
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks
Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) is a plus, but not a requirement
Brings a strong team spirit and focuses on achieving results together with others
