Your key responsibilities will include:Market Development:
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in On-Trade across multiple global markets, working closely with local teams to unlock distribution and visibility.
Trade Advocacy:
Design and implement a global advocacy framework that equips and inspires bartenders, hospitality staff, and key accounts to become strong brand advocates.
Activation Strategy & Execution:
Develop and oversee market-specific activation plans that deliver brand-building experiences for consumers and partners while ensuring local relevance and global alignment.
Commercial Partnership:
Collaborate with local Sales and Trade Marketing teams to define and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, helping Brooklyn Brewery land in the right venues to drive equity and sales.
Toolkit Development:
Create fit-for-purpose toolkits and playbooks (Shopper, On-Trade, Digital) that standardize best practices while allowing flexibility for local markets.
Performance Tracking:
Set clear KPIs for visibility, engagement, and revenue targets; monitor progress and share actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of activations and campaigns.Market Development:
