You will join an international team, collaborating closely with our engineering professionals and leadership. Your primary role will be to ensure the best possible match between our skilled professionals and the diverse projects that define our industry within our business unit, Heavy Civil. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has an outward-facing approach, a strategic mindset, proficient data handling abilities, and aims to optimize resource management practices in engineering.
You will join a network of skilled Resource Managers across
[xxxxx] working together to ensure a seamless and holistic staffing approach across our business.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide ongoing support to our Heads of Engineering, coordinating staffing requests from bids and projects aiming to balance project needs, individual workloads, and high resource utilization in collaboration with Heads of Disciplines, the market organization and Project Managers
- Facilitate coordination with other Resource Managers and colleagues on a global level to optimize resource utilization across Disciplines and Engineering areas in Heavy Civil and other Executing Units and have good understanding of the work in relation to multidisciplinary teams and cross-disciplinary projects
- Report weekly on short-to-mid-term capacity levels in the Disciplines, as well as potential specific gaps in capabilities, with responsibility for keeping accurate and up-to-date data on resource supply and demand

- Have the ability to maintain constructive and continuous dialogue with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Heads of Disciplines, and Market Directors
- Navigate calmly in an environment where plans may change quickly, and adapt to shifting circumstances with an understanding and considerate approach toward all impacted parties
- Have a proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
- Have experience with workforce planning from the consultancy industry, combined with an understanding of how a project-based company operates ([xxxxx] uses Power BI’s, Maconomy, Orbit and Sharepoint to coordinate resources)
- Pay attention to detail and ensuring high data quality in staffing and planning processes; hence a data driven approach and understanding
