This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who combines analytical rigour, global awareness, and the ability to work across organisational boundaries to drive lasting change.Your new roleAs Senior Global DEIB Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of global DEIB initiatives—from strategy through execution and scaling—ensuring they are practical, evidence-based, and integrated into the way [xxxxx] operates. Based at our global headquarters in Denmark, this is an opportunity to make a visible, enterprise-level impact by building solutions that are credible at the executive level and actionable on the ground.Your key responsibilities will include:- Planning and managing multiple DEIB workstreams while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment, momentum, and accountability across initiatives- Developing, implementing and scaling global DEIB initiatives, tools and resources; monitoring effectiveness and adjusting based on data and feedback- Designing and facilitating DEIB workshops and discussions for leaders and employees, engaging diverse audiences to drive shared understanding and action- Ensuring DEIB is embedded in relevant people processes, policies, guidelines, and ways of working across the organization- Preparing clear, targeted communications for internal and external channels and acting as a DEIB advisor to Lines of Business- Collaborating closely with colleagues across HR, Communications and business leadership with regular engagement across regionsYour new departmentIn People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, you will be part of a team that enhances employee engagement and attracts top talent to ensure [xxxxx] remains a premier choice for exceptional individuals. You will report to the Global DEIB Director.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for someone who enjoys building trust, working collaboratively across teams, and staying focused while priorities shift. If you're motivated by shaping more inclusive workplaces where people can do their best work, we would love to hear from you.You'll bring with you:- A minimum BSc degree, along with knowledge of DEIB and its practical application in global organizations- Solid knowledge of key corporate people processes and experience supporting, improving or managing at least one of them- Change-management capability with the ability to translate strategy into practical action- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and delivering high-quality results on time, with the ability to re-prioritize in response to changing demands- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges into clear recommendations and influence effectively with senior stakeholders across all levels- Confident facilitation skills, able to run discussions and workshops with diverse senior audiences on complex and sensitive topics- Clear and confident communication skills in written and spoken EnglishWhat will help you succeed in the role:You bring structure to your work and have a respectful, collaborative communication style.
