Your role combines hands-on technical work with strategic process thinking as you help bring cutting-edge aseptic manufacturing technology to life.During the project phase, your responsibilities will include:
Performing validations on new equipment to ensure compliance and performanceParticipating in product validations for both marketed products and clinical trialsEnsuring timely and satisfactory completion of quality tasksContributing to audits and inspections through cross-departmental collaborationOnce the line is operational, you'll transition to:Supporting daily production and operational tasks, including preparation of DV and CR casesMaintaining shop floor involvement to support production performanceYour new departmentIn Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM), we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed [xxxxx] products. We are many colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.You'll be part of DPM Bagsværd, an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees. We produce marketed insulin and GLP-1 products, as well as products for clinical trials, for the benefit of patients worldwide. Our department is currently responsible for validating a new isolator filling line and ramping it up to 24-7 production – a transformative project that will expand our capacity to serve patients globally.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for two highly motivated colleagues who are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels.
