Then this could be your next role as Filling Professional in our support team in Bagsværd.Your new roleAs a Filling Professional, you will join a strong support team of 13 colleagues responsible for ensuring stable and compliant operation of two filling lines. You will work closely with production and act as a key sparring partner in daily operations.Your key responsibilities include:
Providing hands‑on shopfloor support in close collaboration with productionPreparing deviations and driving structured problem‑solving activitiesImproving and optimising standards, ensuring compliance with GMP requirementsPreparing and implementing change requests on the filling linesTraining and instructing operators, as well as participating in an on‑call duty rotation
The role is dynamic and requires strong collaboration skills, ownership, and the ability to maintain overview and quality – even in a busy environment.Your new departmentYou will become part of Injectable DPM (Drug Product Manufacturing), responsible for the production of various diabetes products. The department consists of approximately 250 employees and is organisationally anchored around two filling lines at our site in Bagsværd.
We collaborate closely across teams and professional disciplines to ensure the highest possible product quality for both market supply and clinical production.Your skills and qualificationsWe imagine that you:Hold a higher education degree within e.g. Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy or a similar fieldHave relevant work experience from a student job, for example within service, production or other cross‑functional environmentsThrive in large teams and are motivated by being a strong team playerHave a strong quality and compliance mindset and a desire to drive improvementsHave fluency in English both spoken and written. Fluency in Danish is an advantage.

The Annual Base Salary ranges from 499.600 DKK to 734.400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
