You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and contribute to practical solutions.Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting onboarding and offboarding of external consultants, including training follow-up

Supporting the development and improvement of automation workflows to reduce manual tasks

Contributing to AI-enabled ideas and simple solution prototyping

Maintaining and documenting processes, scripts, and workflows

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities

In API Expansions IT, Automation & Robotics, we are responsible for implementing compliant IT and automation solutions, as well as infrastructure, across API expansion projects. In this role, you will be working in the offices located in Bagsværd, Gentofte and Hillerød.Your skills and qualificationsYou are a curious and proactive student who enjoys working with technology and improving processes. You take ownership, learn quickly, and are motivated by applying your knowledge in a practical setting.To succeed in this role, you have:

Enrolment in a relevant study programme (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, Automation, Business Administration or similar)

A strong interest in project management, automation, structured problem-solving, and process improvement

Basic understanding or exposure to AI concepts and their application in workflows

Good collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
