Restaurant Manager – Join the Baobab Family 🌿

At [xxxxx], we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Baobab shop at Reffen. At Baobab, we bring the flavours, music, and vibrant spirit of West Africa to our guests. We are proud to offer delicious food in a fun, welcoming environment full of good vibes—and now we’re looking for a strong leader to join our team!

We are looking for a structured, hands-on, and energetic Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. You will be responsible for the daily operations while ensuring a great atmosphere for both guests and staff.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and managing staff schedules.

  • Handling ordering, inventory, and stock control.

  • Tracking invoices and supporting administrative tasks.

  • Leading and organizing the team during shifts.

  • Stepping in to cover sick leaves when necessary.

  • Serving guests and ensuring a great customer experience.

  • Supporting daily operations across kitchen and service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

  • Experience handling POS systems.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • English is a must.

  • Danish and other languages are a plus (we’re an international, multicultural team and welcome many tourists).

  • Availability for full-time work.

  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
