Freelance - København S

[xxxxx] is looking for an experienced Freelance Pattern Maker to support our product development team during a transition period and ongoing peak workloads.

You will collaborate closely with our design, buying, and production teams, contributing your expertise in construction, fit, and quality across a broad range of children’s textile products.

The Assignment
As a Freelance Pattern Maker, you will support selected product groups and styles, primarily focusing on sample measurements, fit, and technical commenting. The scope and workload will be agreed on an ongoing basis.

The assignment will be on-site at our Head Office in Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:

Measuring proto, sales, and production samples
Preparing and updating measurement charts and construction guidelines
Commenting on samples with focus on fit, construction, and quality
Participating fit sessions
Supporting style set-ups and technical alignment with the designers
Updating product information in PLM
You will work across several textile product categories, including outerwear, clothing, interior and accessories.

Your Profile
We imagine that you:

Have solid experience as a pattern maker within children’s wear
Are confident in fitting, grading, and technical commenting
Have a strong understanding of garment construction and fit
Work independently, structured, and with a high level of precision
Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and suppliers
Are proficient in English, written and spoken
Experience with PLM systems is an advantage
