As a A&I Graduate in our Consumer Products Division, your role is to support the Nordic A&I Managers with daily tasks. The position will play an important role in our PR strategy, helping us portray our brands NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Essie in the best way possible to the press and influencers.
Your key responsibilities include:
Help drive the Nordic PR agenda for CPD and help in execution of all advocacy activities for the brands (NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline & Essie) together with the A&I Managers Coordination and execution of press and influencer send-outs/product seedings + follow-up Help coordination and execution of brand events Be the main person of contact for press media & targeted influencers we want to build a stronger relationship with Preparation of press-releases for our newest launches and brand news Preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings Profile scouting of new influencers to help build love advocacy and loyalize influencer partnerships Coordinate the full beauty awards execution of the Nordic countries Your profile:
You have recently graduated within PR, Communication, Marketing or similar You are fluent in English You have a true interest in PR, Communication & influencer trends Sense of detail and precision in writing You are well-organized and structured You are a strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and mindset Desire to learn and to develop You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment You are an extrovert and can build connections and networks in a complex matrix organization
