As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Global Product Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering exceptional learning experiences for our sales employees and customers.
The position is location‑flexible. The successful candidate must be willing to travel approximately 25–30 days per year.

  • Deliver instructor‑led training for Salespeople and Solution Engineers (in‑person and virtual)
  • Facilitate product, solution, and demo training
  • Lead workshops, role plays, and scenario‑based exercises focused on real customer situations

  • Translate product capabilities into value‑driven solution narratives
  • Collaborate with Product Management and SMEs to stay current on roadmap, releases, and differentiators

  • Experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Trainer, Sales Engineer, or Product Trainer
  • Strong understanding of complex technical software solutions and how to explain them clearly
  • Hands on experience working directly with customers in sales cycles, demos, and technical solution design
  • Strong understanding of the VMS industry, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer and sales value
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and commercial audiences
