Introduction
At [xxxxx], our success is built on strong partnerships. As an Inside Channel Manager, you will play a key role in helping our Nordic reseller network grow their business while driving pipeline and revenue across one of the world's leading video management software platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building with commercial execution. You'll work closely with channel partners across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, helping them identify opportunities, develop their capabilities, and win more business together with Milestone.
What you'll be doing
• Managing and developing a portfolio of reseller and channel partners across the Nordics
• Identifying growth opportunities and driving partner engagement
• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach and partner collaboration
• Supporting onboarding of new partners and helping them become successful with Milestone solutions
• Working closely with Sales, Presales, Distribution, and Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives
• Following up on opportunities, quotations, and ongoing sales activities
• Supporting partner training, campaigns, and enablement activities
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and opportunity management in Salesforce

• Built strong relationships across your assigned partner portfolio
• Increased partner activity and engagement levels
• Contributed to measurable pipeline growth and revenue generation
• Successfully activated new partners and growth initiatives
• Become a trusted advisor for partners looking to expand their business with Milestone
What you'll bring
• 2–5 years of experience within B2B sales, channel sales, account management, or business development
• Experience managing customers, partners, or reseller relationships
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• A basic technical understanding of software, IT infrastructure, networking, or security solutions
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
