We are looking for a structured and motivated Rewards Student Assistant to support our Rewards team with operational, analytical, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a student with an interest in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and how rewards support business strategy.

You will gain practical experience in a professional HR environment and insight into rewards processes in a larger organization, while working closely with experienced rewards professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rewards Student Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting day-to-day compensation and benefits administration
  • Assisting with data collection, validation, and analysis related to salary, bonuses, and benefits
  • Maintaining and updating rewards data, guidelines, and documentation
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and Excel analyses for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting annual rewards processes (e.g. salary reviews, benchmarking, bonus)
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects within Rewards and People & Culture
  • Ensuring data accuracy

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, HR, Finance, Psychology, or similar)
  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data
  • Are comfortable working in Excel (knowledge of Power BI and Python is an advantage)
  • Are detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle confidential information
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • (Danish is an advantage but not required)
  • Can work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team
