As a Forwarder in our Aid & Relief department you will be a part of one of SGL's largest and oldest departments. The right persons can expect an interesting and developing position in a fast-paced international environment with good working conditions. We work closely with some of the world's leading UN organizations and NGOs, supporting them in crisis areas around the globe.

Coordination with both customer, warehouse, airlines and dispatch for timely movement of cargo.Follow-up with airline to keep track of departure information and updates.Registration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documents.Providing excellent, timely and proactive customer service always.Preparation of price quotations.Being accountable of ensuring that internal procedures and guidelines are adhered to.Coordination with both customer, warehouse, airlines and dispatch for timely movement of cargo.Follow-up with airline to keep track of departure information and updates.Registration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documents.Providing excellent, timely and proactive customer service always.Preparation of price quotations.Being accountable of ensuring that internal procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
