We are looking for a Market Procurement Specialist – Packaging to join our dynamic Group Procurement team. If you are passionate about procurement and supply chain, and love working with packaging categories like cans, glass bottles, preforms, caps, labels, cartons, corrugates and more, this is your chance to make an impact. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director for Denmark & Norway and take the lead on category management, supplier partnerships, sourcing and negotiations, risk management and driving continuous improvement to support our growth and sustainability ambitions.

We are looking for a Market Procurement Specialist – Packaging to join our dynamic Group Procurement team. If you are passionate about procurement and supply chain, and love working with packaging categories like cans, glass bottles, preforms, caps, labels, cartons, corrugates and more, this is your chance to make an impact. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director for Denmark & Norway and take the lead on category management, supplier partnerships, sourcing and negotiations, risk management and driving continuous improvement to support our growth and sustainability ambitions.
What you will be doing
- Results: Own spend management and KPIs, keep procurement data sharp and ensure accurate reporting.
- Shape Categories: Implement group strategies locally and lead sourcing projects that hit cost, service and sustainability targets.
- Boost Supplier Performance: Build strong relationships and drive improvement plans for efficiency and circularity.
- Champion Best Practice: Bring consistency and excellence to procurement processes across the market.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with stakeholders and teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Represent procurement in cross-country sourcing and integration projects.
- Stay Ahead: Keep your radar on industry trends, digitalization and EU regulations to spot opportunities and risks.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor’s degree: CIPS qualification or similar is a plus.
- 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in an international or matrix organization (CPG, food & beverage experience is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and commodity management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who loves challenging the status quo and finding solutions.
- Proven experience in project and change management.
