As part of [xxxxx]’s Global Operations, you will join a recently established Operations Excellence team working at the heart of our 2030 strategy. Our mission is to enhance scalability and productivity at our manufacturing sites worldwide – from Hungary to Costa Rica.

Leveraging your experience, you will enable managers and teams to lead and address our performance needs and challenges, allowing us to enhance value delivery, flow effectiveness and work efficiency.More specifically, you will:Help us grow a culture of continuous learning and end-to-end impact improvement You will need a solid understanding of end-to-end value chain management principles and practices (i.e., IBP and SCOR), combined with a firm grasp of business transformation principles and project leadership methodologies.Rather than zoning in on optimising individual functional processes, you take a holistic view to help us improve the effect of our full end-to-end flows.
