We are now looking for a Senior Training Specialist to take a leading role in developing and delivering impactful and high-quality training programs for our project managers in

In this role, you will be based at
[xxxxx]’s headquarters in Lyngby and become part of our Organisational Development team, reporting to Head of P&O Business Partnering (Business Development and Business Partners) & Organisational Development, Annika Rathje.
Your key responsibilities will include- Develop and deliver (either yourself or through other internal and/or external facilitators/vendors) our Fundamental, Intermediate, Advanced Project Management training and Discipline Lead training
- Deliver an engaging learning experience, both virtually and face-to-face, of programs you are responsible for facilitating
- Anchor learning by translating key concepts into practical application
- Drive timely and high-quality delivery of training to prioritized participants
- Ensure prioritization and relevance of project management training initiatives, aligned with business needs
- Proactively manage and continuously improve our portfolio of project management training programs, including reviewing the set-up for internal/external training delivery, ensuring updating materials and aligned content, timely sign-off for major changes to the program before implementation of changes and implementation of agreed upon changes

On top of that you bring:
- Experience as project manager with a track record of leading multidisciplinary projects
- Relevant certification within project management (PMP or IPMA Level C)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering learning and facilitating engaging training sessions, both virtually and in person
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Structured, proactive, and capable of independently driving your training portfolio
- Passion for capability building and developing people
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
The position is based in Lyngby and may require some travel, depending on the training schedule agreed.
