Leading consumer-centric launch strategy, developing the overarching narrative and consumer assets as part of the core promotional package for Obesity productDirecting evidence generation to support consumer launches, including exit interviews and patient panels that put real voices at the heart of our strategyDriving consumer strategy for MASH assets, including future launches and identifying opportunities for EFX launchBuilding comprehensive consumer personas, narratives, and treatment journeys for current and future people with obesity (PwO) segments across upcoming launchesEstablishing scalable templates and frameworks that can guide consumer strategy across markets and future product launchesDesigning consumer journeys that identify activation points and guide downstream implementation globallyYour new departmentIn Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new [xxxxx] portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.Within Product & Portfolio Strategy, you'll join our obesity commercial team at a pivotal moment. As we expand our portfolio with next-generation treatments, your work will directly influence how we bring these innovations to market with the consumer at the centre. You'll collaborate across brand teams, insights and forecasting, regions, and creative agencies to ensure our strategies resonate with the people who matter most – those living with obesity.Your skills & qualificationsWe're looking for a strategic marketing leader who thrives in complexity and can translate deep consumer insights into compelling launch strategies. You'll bring with you:Master's degree or higher in business administration, economics, marketing, or related field6+ years of relevant marketing experience within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, ideally with a mix of global and affiliate/regional experienceProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with high independence and strategic decision-makingExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage constructively, challenge ideas, and drive alignment across diverse global teamsStrong customer focus and genuine curiosity about consumer needs, behaviours, and treatment journeysExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and inspire actionCreative problem-solving mindset comfortable navigating high variability and uncertainty in a competitive, dynamic environmentWorking at [xxxxx]Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
