About the role As an emerging professional, you will rotate through departments in our project management area, gaining hands-on experience in in the pharmaceutical engineering sector. Over two years, you will develop an understanding of planning, execution, quality, compliance, and HSE while working alongside industry professionals. Through structured training, leadership courses, and real-world project exposure, you will build the skills needed to work within project management. This role is ideal for ambitious graduates eager to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

How you might spend your days As an emerging professional, you’ll experience three rotations (8 months each): Work across key departments, including Project Management, Project Quality Management, Engineering management, Construction management, C&Q management, Contract management and Site HSE:

- Newly graduated from a technical university with a MSc or BSc degree
