Samsøe Samsøe is currently looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to become part of our HR team based at our HQ in Copenhagen. The job offers a range of responsibilities within the handling of salaries and bookkeeping. As our new Global Payroll Specialist, you will become an integral part of the People team of 3 people. You will report to the People Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage payroll in our 10 countries of operations through two main payroll platforms
  
  
• Responsible for salary reimbursements
  
  
• Bookkeeping of salary and payroll files
  
  
• Ad hoc Payroll and People-related tasks
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You are service-minded, detail-oriented, and interested in working with of numbers
  
  
• You have experience and/or education relevant to Payroll Administration / bookkeeping
  
  
• You are structured, accurate, and have a sense of responsibility

• You possess a general understanding of accounting
• You speak and write English proficiently
  
  
• Experience working with Payroll platforms like Deel and payroll within MS Business Central is a plus, but not a requirement
