Cleaning Inspector Position –

About company

Our PL service company is looking for a proactive and experienced Cleaning Inspector to join our team. The company focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent operational standards.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure service quality, and act as a link between cleaning staff and management. Your goal is to maintain high standards and ensure client satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning

Carry out regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and fix any issues

Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities across various sites

Manage staff schedules, shifts, and provide guidance to team members

Act as the main contact for clients, handling feedback and resolving complaints

Ensure all work follows health, safety, and environmental regulations

Manage supplies and ensure necessary cleaning equipment is available

Prepare reports on site performance and update management regularly

Requirements:

Experience within cleaning or facility services

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning practices

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Familiarity with cleaning standards and safety regulations

Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed
