Group Business Controller –Supply Chain Controlling Do you have solid experience within Supply Chain controlling – and a passion for understanding cost drivers in a manufacturing environment? About the Role As our new Group Business Controller, Supply Chain, you will have a hands-on and business-critical role deeply rooted in Supply Chain controlling and business partnering across our international operations.
You will be part of the Group Controlling team, working in Faxe, coordinating the Group’s standard cost budgeting process, driving cross‑country collaboration and delivering performance insights across multiple production sites. You will also play a crucial part in developing and enhancing our Supply Chain reporting to support

This role requires solid experience within Supply Chain controlling, standard cost break-up and production KPIs. You will work closely with Supply Chain Controllers, Directors and the Group Supply Chain team, ensuring knowledge sharing, transparency and providing relevant insights.
Your Key Responsibilities - Business Controlling within Supply Chain
- Drive ongoing controlling activities focused on production performance, cost development and operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain & Production Reporting
- Develop and enhance the Group Supply Chain KPI dashboard with a strong focus on production cost drivers and operational insights. Support Board and stakeholder presentations related to Supply Chain performance.
- Standard Cost & Cost Analysis
- Analyse standard cost variances, production cost development and underlying drivers versus budget and previous year. Actively challenge and improve cost transparency across sites.
- Standard Cost Budgeting
- Lead and coordinate the Group’s standard cost budgeting process across countries, providing relevant insights to stakeholders.
- Quarterly Revaluation
- Support and coordinate the revaluation process across several markets, ensuring consistency and quality in cost calculations.
What You Bring with you This role requires proven experience within Supply Chain and production controlling. In addition to this, we are looking for you who brings:
- Strong hands-on experience with Supply Chain and production controlling – not just financial reporting.
- Solid experience with standard cost calculation, cost structures and variance analysis in a production environment.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for operational decision-makers.
- Strong business partnering skills, including relationship building and clear communication.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex cost models.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW/4HANA and Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills and solid MS Office experience.
You have minimum 5 years of experience within production / Supply Chain controlling and standard cost analysis, ideally from a fast-moving consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
