A high-impact leadership role As Country Director – Relation Sales Denmark, you will take full commercial responsibility for the Danish Relation Sales business (excluding transactional/online sales) and play a pivotal role in shaping Dustin’s future market position.
You will lead and develop a high-performing organization of 60+ employees and work closely with both the broader Danish organization and an international sales leadership team. Your mission: drive growth through transformation Your core mandate is to lead a commercial transformation - where relationship-based sales and digital capabilities go hand in hand, and where services and solutions play an increasingly central role in customer value creation.
Key priorities include:
- Full P&L ownership of Relation Sales Denmark including driving growth, profitability and execution of Dustin’s transformation agenda
- Strengthening Dustin’s market position across SMB and large corporate/public segments
- Elevating commercial performance through strong KPI management and pipeline discipline
- Increasing the share of services and solutions (cloud, security, managed services, etc.)
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, combining local leadership autonomy with strong collaboration across the Nordics and Benelux to influence broader strategic priorities
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
