Online Key Account Manager

Samsøe Samsøe is seeking an experienced Online Key Account Manager to drive growth across our strategic online partners, including Zalando, Ounass, Care of Carl, and About You.

In this role, you will lead the commercial development of these accounts, ensuring that product flow, marketing initiatives and service levels are aligned with our brand DNA. Your focus will be to maximize revenue with a strong emphasis on profitability and gross margin performance.

As Online Key Account Manager, you will give these partners dedicated, proactive attention and build strong relationships grounded in trust, insight and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans on yearly and seasonal levels—covering product assortment, marketing activation and logistical performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver turnover targets for each online partner
  • Keep product mix updated and commercially sharp
  • Maintain daily dialogue with buyers and merchandisers
  • Manage Direct Order and NOS business
  • Oversee visual presentation and delivery flow
  • Coordinate marketing and product presentation
  • Drive business intelligence and performance reporting
  • Monitor stock levels and optimize auto‑reorders
  • Handle EAN and data sharing with strong Excel skills
  • Report insights and performance to the Head of Sales

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in online sales or buying/merchandising, with a record of driving revenue through strong business planning
  • Strong analytical mindset paired with clear communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, self‑disciplined, and proactively driven
  • Flexible, with the ability to travel as needed
  • Outgoing, assertive and confident in stakeholder interaction
  • Structured, organized and digitally forward‑thinking
  • Comfortable working both independently and in teams
  • Confident communicator in English

The position is full-time and is based at our HQ in Copenhagen, although travelling must be expected. We are looking to fill this role soon as possible.
