Your mission...

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and building strong partnerships with L'Oréal's key clients. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to maximize brand performance and achieve targeted revenue goals, driving success and innovation within our Nordic operations.

Key job responsibilities...

Driving Results: Build and achieve channel results (turnover, market share, profit). Creating a growth strategy for your client and executing on it per category in a profitable way. Performance Management: Drive account P&L performance, sell-in and sell-out responsibility, monitor contracts and invoices, work with Revenue Growth Management levers to secure the correct mix management and ROI. Forecasting Accuracy: Impacting the P&L through precise forecast planning and inventory management. Data Storytelling: Turning data into actionable commercial strategies, customized for your client. Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead customer negotiations, securing agreements on key launches, space gain opportunities and visibility while fostering strong relationships with decision-makers. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to ensure seamless product launches and optimal market penetration.
We are looking for...

3+ Years of FMCG Experience: Proven experience with a similar Key Account Management role within the FMCG industry. Fluent in English and Danish: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both languages are essential. Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences. We are looking for our new Key Account Manager to start on 1st May 2026.
