We are looking for a new German-speaking Sales Coordinator to support the German / DACH market. You will be part of a team of 20 other Sales Coordinators, working from our HQ in the heart of Copenhagen. You will play an important role in [xxxxx] striving to provide best in class service.

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator for the German market, you will work closely with your [xxxxx] Sales Managers and customers. In addition, you will be in daily contact with our Supply Chain department, Warehouse operations team, logistics partners to ensure goods are ordered at our suppliers and are delivered on time. You will also work with our Finance, Marketing, and Product Development departments.

As a Sales Coordinator at [xxxxx], you are in the center of action, which is very exciting and requires that you stay organized to not miss anything.

Your responsibilities

  • Continuous dialogue with [xxxxx] Sales Managers and customers in the DACH region.

  • Answering a wide variety of questions from customers on phone and email and assisting in securing additional sales results

  • Create orders and quotes in our systems (like Business Central, SAP, AX)

  • Coordination with our supply chain, warehouse, and forwarders securing on time deliveries.


Your profile

  • The position requires that you are fluent in German and English

  • You are a proven multi-tasker and can juggle multiple cases/orders at a time

  • You are service minded, structured, and motivated by delivering excellent service

  • You have a positive and energetic personality with problem solving capabilities

  • You take ownership of tasks and execute them with the highest level of integrity

  • You are a team player but also work independently

  • Experience from a similar position or a Retail company is an advantage

  • Knowledge of ERP systems like Navision, SAP, AX etc. is a plus
