Do you want to drive international growth for a strong Danish fashion brand with clear values and a global mindset? At Masai, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented International Sales Manager who is passionate about delivering results and developing markets. About the role As International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our international sales activities. You will be responsible for both existing and new markets, working closely with agents, distributors, internal stakeholders and will report directly to the Sales Director. You will join a passionate and collaborative team where ownership, engagement, and strong relationships are at the core of how we work.

Key responsibilities

· Drive growth across existing markets and identify new business opportunities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents and distributors

· Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance

· Work in a structured and data-driven way with sales, budgets, and forecasting

· Ensure progress and quality across all sales activities

· Manage direct sales in markets without local partners

· Attend international trade fairs and customer meetings

· Travel approximately 80–100 days per year

Your qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in international wholesale sales, preferably within fashion or lifestyle

· Strong understanding of the global fashion and lifestyle market

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with KPIs and budgets

· Experience working across different cultures and markets

· Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset

· Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results

· Proactive and self-driven with a hands-on approach

· Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
